We had a very interesting assembly this week which was led by Mrs Snape our Teacher of The Deaf. She presented an assembly on deaf awareness for the children so that they have an understanding of what it is like to be deaf and how they can help someone who is deaf. This was particularly important to us as many of you will know we have a child in school with these needs. We hope it helps the children become more aware of people in their community and the wider world. Many thanks to Mrs Snape for her time and input on this.
