We had a great visit to Wrekin Forest School.  Have a look at all the activities we did.

P.E. - Gymnastics

In gymnastics this week the children have been working on achieving different body positions, including the Japana which is an extension of a straddle shape/sit, and making a bridge. These positions require them to have good body control, flexibility and balance.

Gruffalo Granny Launch

Year 1 and Year 2 got to experience a special launch of Julia Donaldson's new book.  She treated them to a reading of the story and Axel Scheffler, who illustrates Julia's stories, showed the children how to draw Gruffalo Granny.
