Friends of School

The Friends of School group is a charitable organisation open to all parents, family members or individuals interested in helping school. Their aim is to further enhance the children's experiences whilst they are with Church Aston Infant school.  They run numerous fun events for the children and parents and provide funding for the school to contribute to school trips or activities.

You can look forward to cake sales, personalised gifts e.g. tea towels and coasters, parties, fairs, raffles, leavers gifts, themed events e.g. Hibernation day, special cultural events e.g. Coronation celebrations as well as many other activities.

They also hold a stock of pre-loved school uniform which is available to purchase at regular intervals throughout the school year.  If there’s something you’re looking for please feel free to give them a shout and they’ll see if they can help. 

They are always happy to welcome any new members to the friends of school group at any point in the school year.  If you would like to get involved then please keep an eye on the dates section of our weekly newsletters where the regular meetings will be listed or feel free to have a chat with one of them at drop off or pick up.
